Recently, the Changle County Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning released a pre-approval public notice for the construction land planning permit of the 200,000 tons/year silica dioxide carbonation method white carbon black project by Zhongke Fuqing (Shandong) New Energy Co., Ltd. The site is located north of Zhanbei Street and west of Wanshan Road in Zhuliu Subdistrict, with a total land area of 67,455 square meters.
