On June 4, PVC prices in the Zibo region softened, with futures declining and spot prices following suit. Distributors' offers dropped by approximately 80 RMB/ton compared to the previous trading day. Market sentiment was weak, and actual transactions were moderate. Currently, the mainstream ex-works price for calcium carbide-based Type 5 PVC stands in the range of 4,680–4,740 RMB/ton.
