On June 8, Shijiazhuang Bailong Chemical Co., Ltd. reported a phthalic anhydride capacity of 80,000 tons. The phthalic anhydride plant is operating normally, with limited inventory and production primarily for captive use. The quotation for phthalic anhydride is 8,700 yuan/ton, down 100 yuan/ton from the previous level.
