On June 18, Shandong Luxi Chemical increased its liquid caustic soda price by 10 CNY/tonne. The 32% ion-exchange membrane caustic soda was quoted at 650 CNY/tonne. Its 400,000-tonne-per-year chlor-alkali plant is operating normally.
