Recently, according to a notice published on June 23, 2026, via the "Wulate Zhongqi Release" WeChat public account, the People's Government of Wulate Zhongqi and Atess Solar Power Group held a project cooperation signing ceremony. It is understood that the collaboration will focus on the implementation of the "Wulate Zhongqi Wind-Solar Hydrogen and Ammonia Integrated Project." The total investment for the project is 8.5 billion RMB, with plans to construct production lines capable of producing 50,000 tons of green hydrogen and 260,000 tons of green ammonia annually, alongside a supporting 1,000 MW wind power project. The preliminary site selection is at the Ganqimaodu Port Processing Park. The entire project will be powered by wind-generated green electricity, completely eliminating reliance on fossil fuels, thus providing solid support for achieving regional carbon peak and carbon neutrality targets.
