On July 1, Gaohua Materials' 400,000-ton/year phenol/acetone plant is operating normally, with output primarily for contract delivery. Inventory of acetone is low; the price has been reduced by RMB 300 to RMB 4,800/ton, for spot cash and self-pickup.
