On June 16, Hainan Refining & Chemical lowered its Diethylene Glycol (DEG) quotation by 200 CNY/ton, with ex-works Hainan Refinery price at 7,000 CNY/ton and ex-works Dongguan (Hainan Refinery) price at 7,030 CNY/ton. The 800,000-ton/year ethylene glycol plant has been shut down for maintenance.
