On June 24, Mingquan Group (formerly Shandong Mingshui) lowered its methanol offer by 50 yuan/ton to 2,980 yuan/ton ex-works cash. Its 600,000-ton coal-to-methanol plant has been shut down for maintenance since May 23 and is expected to resume operations on June 26.
