On June 22, 2026, basis quotations for port monoethylene glycol (polyester grade, imported, mainly ethylene-based) spot contracts (minimum 500 tons) rose significantly intraday. As of the temporary halt in early trading, the basis quotation for late June contracts ranged from +170 to +175, while that for late July contracts ranged from +165 to +175.
