Chempricehub's analysis of styrene, with a long-short rating of +1.5, reported that the spot price of styrene in Asia increased by USD 5 per ton, with the closing price reaching USD 960–965 per ton (FOB Korea and CFR China). This indicates tight market supply and demand or increased demand, constituting a significant positive factor for spot prices. Combined with data from the Dalian Commodity Exchange's styrene futures, most contract prices for February 11, 2026, generally rose. For example, the settlement price of the main contract 2603 was CNY 7,708 per ton (up CNY 81), and the settlement price of contract 2604 was CNY 7,639 per ton (up CNY 73). Additionally, changes in open interest reflected increased market participation (e.g., the open interest for contract 2604 increased by 6,728 lots), indicating a simultaneous strengthening of the futures market. The synchronized rise in spot and futures prices reinforces expectations of upward price trends, resulting in a rating of +1.5, indicating a strong positive outlook.
