Chempricehub Key Reminder: China’s LPG import volume in April decreased significantly month-on-month.

Chempricehub, May 25 - According to customs data, China's LPG imports in April 2026 totaled 1,555.4 thousand tonnes, a month-on-month decrease of 39.88%. Among these, liquefied propane imports amounted to 1,297.7 thousand tonnes, down 37.25% month-on-month, with an average import price of USD 795.1 per tonne; liquefied butane imports totaled 257.5 thousand tonnes, down 49.18% month-on-month, with an average import price of USD 777.69 per tonne.
