From January to May 2026, China's total titanium dioxide imports amounted to approximately 25,900 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 25.67%. Among these, imports of titanium dioxide produced via the chlorination process totaled 15,599.98 tons, down 22.19% year-on-year, while imports via the sulfuric acid process reached 10,297.76 tons, a year-on-year decline of 30.39%.
