On July 8, China National BlueStar Harbin Petrochemical Co., Ltd. raised its phenol price by 200 yuan to 8,650 yuan per ton.
The company's 150,000-ton-per-year phenol-acetone plant is operating normally. Phenol is primarily supplied under contractual agreements, with scheduled deliveries.
