On September 11, the DBP and DIBP units of Kaifeng Jiuhong Chemical Co., Ltd., with a combined capacity of 240,000 t/y, were operating normally. DOTP was quoted at RMB 10,700/t, up RMB 150/t. Downstream purchasing activity was moderate, with actual transaction prices mainly subject to negotiation.
