On July 15, Longjiang Chemical raised the price of phenol by 300 CNY/ton to 8,600 CNY/ton, effective from July 15. The company's 350,000 tons/year phenol-acetone plant is operating at full capacity. Phenol is primarily used for captive consumption, with external sales mainly under contracts, and inventory remains low.
