ChemPriceHub, September 21 – Following concentrated maintenance shutdowns in August, the operating rate temporarily dipped to 79.65%. In September, domestic maintenance windows have largely concluded, with multiple units in Inner Mongolia, Hebei, and Sichuan resuming production. Only sporadic maintenance activities remain at a few facilities in Northwest China and Tianjin. Overall, the volume of capacity restored exceeds the capacity lost to maintenance.
