Chempricehub, September 17 — Xinjiang Zhongrong’s 400,000-ton/year and Xinjiang Haoyuan’s 600,000-ton/year coal-to-ethanol plants, along with Shandong Qixiang’s 150,000-ton/year ethanol unit, are scheduled for phased commissioning and startup between October and December. This is expected to significantly increase supply pressure in the latter part of the fourth quarter.
