On August 10, Tongling Chemical Industry Group's phthalic anhydride capacity stands at 80,000 t/a. The o-xylene-based phthalic anhydride plant has resumed operation. The quoted price for phthalic anhydride is 9,100 yuan/ton, down 100 yuan/ton, with small-lot shipments available.
