On August 11, domestic potassium sulfate faced weak terminal demand. The average ex-factory price of 52% powder potassium sulfate produced via the Mannheim process stood at 4,250–4,350 RMB/ton, down 50 RMB/ton from the previous week. Downstream compound fertilizer plants were operating at a relatively low utilization rate.
