On August 12, methanol prices in the Shandong region moved higher: in the Zibo area of Shandong, the methanol market negotiated price was at 2,620 yuan/ton, delivered with cash payment; in central Shandong, the methanol price was reported at 2,620 yuan/ton. In the Dongying area of Shandong, the methanol market price reached 2,610 yuan/ton, delivered with cash payment, up 30 yuan/ton. In the Dongying area, the methanol market negotiated price was at 2,580 yuan/ton, delivered on a cash basis.
