On August 18, the construction project design plan for the Shanxi Guxian Tengda New Energy 150,000 t/a Coal Tar Deep Processing Project (Phase I) entered the pre-approval public notice stage, transitioning from land use approval to engineering planning approval. The project is located in Baisu Village, Guyang Town, covering an area of 129.77 mu, with a total investment of RMB 391 million. It is scheduled to commence production in the first quarter of 2027, producing products such as technical naphthalene and modified pitch.
