On August 19, the combined production capacity of 240,000 tons/year for DBP and DIBP at Kaifeng Jiuhong Chemical Co., Ltd. was operating normally. The DBP quotation was 9,050 RMB/ton, an increase of 100 RMB/ton. Purchasing enthusiasm from downstream customers remained moderate.
