On September 15, Yangzhou Shiyou lowered its phenol price by RMB 500 per ton to RMB 9,200 per ton, effective immediately. The company’s 320,000 tons/year phenol-acetone plant is operating normally. Sales are primarily conducted through long-term contracts, and inventory levels remain low.
