On September 17, Changchun Chemical raised its Bisphenol A (BPA) price by RMB 300 per ton to RMB 11,600 per ton. The product is primarily supplied to downstream epoxy resin manufacturers and long-term contract customers, with only limited quantities available for spot sales.
Changchun Chemical’s BPA unit, with an annual capacity of 405,000 tons, is operating at approximately 70% utilization, with minimal spot availability.
