On September 18, Yankuang Energy’s methanol in Yulin was offered for auction at a starting price of CNY 3,320/tonne for a volume of 3,000 tonnes. The transaction was partially executed at this price. Both the Phase I unit (600,000 tonnes/year methanol capacity) and the Phase II project (800,000 tonnes/year methanol capacity) are operating stably.
