On September 24, the ex-factory price of acetone from Lihuayi Weiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. was further reduced by CNY 100 per ton to CNY 9,000 per ton. It is reported that the company’s two phenol/acetone units, with a combined capacity of 700,000 tons/year, are operating normally and shipping products according to schedule.
