On September 4, the DBP and DIBP production units of Kaifeng Jiuhong Chemical Co., Ltd., with a total combined capacity of 240,000 tons per year, were operating normally. The quoted price for DBP was 9,700 RMB/ton, up 200 RMB/ton from the previous level. Downstream customers' purchasing enthusiasm was generally moderate.
