On September 8, Longjiang Chemical raised its acetone price by 300 yuan/ton to 8,500 yuan/ton, effective on the 8th. It is reported that the company's 350,000 tons/year phenol-acetone unit is operating at full load under normal conditions. Acetone is mainly supplied under contract, with shipments proceeding as planned.
