On July 31, the PVC market in the Linyi area showed a weak trend. Futures traded within a range, while spot prices saw little change. Distributors mainly offered prices at lower or stable levels, with a moderate market atmosphere and acceptable transaction volumes. Currently, the mainstream quotation for calcium carbide-based Grade 5 PVC stands at RMB 4,410–4,450/mt.
