On September 17, Inner Mongolia Duomengde Chemical Co., Ltd. reported a production capacity of 500,000 tons per year. Of its six carbide furnaces, two are currently in operation. The ex-factory price for first-grade calcium carbide stands at RMB 2,800 per ton.
