ChemPriceHub, September 21 — On September 21, Shandong Hualu-Hengsheng Group’s 200,000 tons/year isooctyl alcohol plant was operating normally. The ex-factory price of isooctyl alcohol stood at RMB 9,500 per ton, down by RMB 100 per ton compared to the previous trading day.
