On August 10, Sinopec SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical lowered its latest phenol price by RMB 200/ton, now at RMB 8,500/ton.
The 350,000 tons/year phenol-acetone unit at Sinopec SABIC has entered normal operation. Output is mainly for captive use, with a small portion sold externally. The manufacturer is shipping as scheduled.
