On July 24, Tongling Chemical Industry Group's phthalic anhydride capacity is 80,000 tons. The o-xylene-based phthalic anhydride unit has resumed operation. The phthalic anhydride quotation is 9,200 RMB/ton, up by 200 RMB/ton, with small orders available for shipment.
