According to market rumors, two monoethylene glycol (MEG) units in Fujian with a combined capacity of 1.5 million tons per year are scheduled to restart gradually at the end of July. It is reported that the two units have capacities of 700,000 tons/year and 800,000 tons/year, respectively, and both are ethylene-based MEG plants.
