Chempricehub, September 17 – On September 17, Wanhua Chemical in Yantai, with a neopentyl glycol (NPG) production capacity of 80,000 tons per year, quoted bulk NPG at RMB 10,250–10,400 per ton, marking an increase of RMB 100 per ton. Actual transaction prices remain subject to negotiation. Upstream support persists as isobutyraldehyde prices continue to rise, driven by improving downstream market conditions.
