How to Delete Your ChemPriceHub Account

You can permanently delete your ChemPriceHub account in two ways:

1. Delete within the app (recommended)

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Confirm your password, then tap Permanently Delete. All your data (saved prices, lists, and profile) will be erased immediately.

2. Request deletion via email

Send a request from the email address associated with your account to info@chempricehub.com with the subject line: “Delete My Account”. Include your username and phone number (if any). We will process your request within 3 business days and send a confirmation email.

Important notes:

Deletion is irreversible – you cannot recover data afterward.

Active subscriptions must be canceled separately via your app store (Google Play / Apple App Store) before deletion.

If you only want to take a break, use Log Out instead.
