Recently, according to a post on the "Wulate Zhongqi Release" WeChat public account dated June 23, 2026, the People's Government of Wulate Middle Banner recently held a project cooperation signing ceremony with Athos Sunshine Power Group.

It is understood that this collaboration will focus on the implementation of the "Wulate Zhongqi Wind-Solar Hydrogen-Ammonia Integrated Project." The total investment for the project is 8.5 billion RMB, with plans to build production lines capable of producing 50,000 tons of green hydrogen and 260,000 tons of green ammonia annually. In parallel, a 1,000 MW wind power project will be developed, with the site initially designated for the Ganqimaodu Port Processing Park. The entire project will be powered by wind-generated green electricity, completely eliminating reliance on fossil fuels, thereby providing solid support for regional carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.
