According to customs data, China's exports of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) totaled 129,300 metric tons in August 2026, representing a month-on-month increase of 33.38%. Specifically, exports of liquefied propane amounted to 51,700 metric tons, up 23.26% from the previous month, with an average export price of USD 709.41 per metric ton. Exports of liquefied butane reached 75,900 metric tons, increasing by 45% month-on-month, at an average export price of USD 760.12 per metric ton.
