Chempricehub, October 20 – Acetic acid prices in the North China region declined on October 20. Delivered prices from surrounding areas were around RMB 4,400 per ton, a decrease of RMB 100 per ton. Weakening methanol feedstock prices and lackluster downstream demand have led to bearish market sentiment among traders, resulting in continued softness in acetic acid prices.
