In the beginning of the month, enterprises faced significant cost pressures, leading them to continue their previous price hike. Mid-month, the market generally adopted a wait-and-see approach, with the titanium dioxide market stuck in a stalemate. Late in the month, several titanium dioxide companies including Longbai, Daoen, TiNeng, Ananda, and others issued letters again raising the price of titanium dioxide powder. As of now, most domestic sulfuric acid process rhodochrosite titanium dioxide is quoted between 12,900 -14,300 yuan/ton; while the price for rachipide ranges from 12,200 -12,700 yuan/ton, with actual transaction prices determined individually per order. According to customs statistics, in November 2025, China imported about 0.53 million tons of titanium dioxide, a decrease of 20.29% year-on-year and 5.37% month-on-month, with an average monthly import price of $3083/ton, down by 3.98%. Similarly, China exported about 152,000 tons of titanium dioxide in November 2025, an increase of 1.96% year-on-year and 3.97% month-on-month, with an average monthly export price of $1877/ton, down by 0.18%.
