Sichuan Wengfu's project for 30,000 tons of high-purity anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and 20,000 tons/year of high-purity hydrofluoric acid has passed the energy conservation review. The product portfolio includes an annual output of 30,000 tons of high-purity anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and 20,000 tons of high-purity hydrofluoric acid (industrial high-purity hydrofluoric acid, UP-S grade, equivalent to electronic grade hydrofluoric acid E3 grade), with a by-product of 1.191 million tons/year of sulfuric acid.
