Chempricehub, September 17 — On September 16, the Shandong Dongliang-Shenxin Expressway Project (the province’s first full-depth long-life pavement) completed the test section paving of HTAM-25 asphalt base layer. The mixture was laid in a single pass at a thickness of 12 cm, using skeleton-dense asphalt mix to enhance rutting resistance and moisture damage resistance. This marks a technical implementation milestone for expressway asphalt pavements within the province, reflecting continued progress in road construction during the peak season.
