Anqing Petrochemical 21 0% Reduced load in late January and increased load in mid-March; 80,000-ton unit shut down on September 2 and 130,000-ton unit shut down on September 8; expected to last 40–50 days.
Shandong Haijiang 13 100% Shut down for maintenance on December 25, 2025, and restarted on February 8, 2026; short unplanned shutdown due to malfunction from August 19 to 21.
Kelu'er 26 100% Shut down for maintenance starting April 23; gradually restarted and resumed on June 23.
Shanghai SECCO 52 50% One unit has been operating since March 2025; one line was under maintenance from May 6 to 21, reducing load to 25%.
Sailboat 104 70% Operation reduced from three units to two starting January 20; restored to three units at the end of March; reduced to two units in June; reduced to one unit in July; gradually restored to three units in early September.

Zhejiang Petrochemical 52 75% Reduced load for maintenance in late January and gradually increased load in February; one unit shut down at the end of March; one line resumed in mid-May and the other line resumed on June 20; one line shut down for maintenance due to malfunction from August 14 to 27; one line shut down again in early September, with restart date to be determined.
Lihuayi 26 100% Short shutdown for repair due to malfunction on July 28, restarted and resumed on August 5.
Tianchen Qixiang 13 100% Reduced load in mid-March; shut down for maintenance in early July and resumed on August 20.
Liaoning Kingfa 26 100% One 130,000-ton production line was under maintenance starting August 13 and resumed in early September.
Jihua (Jieyang) 13 90% Shut down for maintenance due to malfunction starting January 20 and restarted on February 10; short unplanned shutdown due to malfunction from July 29 to August 3; maintenance scheduled in December.
CNOOC Fudao 20 95% Shut down for maintenance on March 30; one line resumed at the end of April and the other line resumed in early May.
Yulong Petrochemical 26 95% Line 2 successfully started up in early February.
Sinochem Quanzhou 26 90% Full-line shutdown for maintenance in mid-September 2025; gradually restarted around June 25.
Zhenhai Refining & Chemical 40 80% Reduced load in late January; reduced to 80% in July; reduced to 50% starting August 10 and gradually restored in early September.
