The price of isooctanol fluctuated and stabilized, leading to stable raw material costs for DBP. PVC prices fluctuated and consolidated, with weak downstream demand. DBP production equipment experienced a slight increase in operating rates, resulting in sufficient DBP supply. DBP factory inventories remained low, and downstream customers' purchasing enthusiasm was moderate.
