  1. Key Focus

[Chempricehub] The US-Iran conflict continues to show no signs of easing, and Houthi forces have stepped up attacks on Saudi oil facilities, further heightening supply risks and pushing international crude oil prices higher. NYMEX crude oil futures for October rose $3.02 to $96.05/bbl, up 3.25% from the previous settlement; ICE Brent crude oil futures for November rose $3.29 to $101.21/bbl, up 3.36% from the previous settlement. China's INE crude oil futures 2610 contract rose 19.2 to 722.5 yuan/bbl, while the night session rose 50.6 to 773.1 yuan/bbl.

I’m watching crude above $100—it raises feedstock cost for ethylene tar and could squeeze margins if downstream demand stays soft. Supply-risk premium may support aromatics, but pass-through remains key.
