Groundbreaking of Wanhua Laizhou’s 650,000-ton Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) Project

On October 23, construction commenced on the Phase II project of Wanhua Laizhou Green Electricity Industrial Park, marking a new phase for the Laizhou base characterized by finalizing commissioning preparations for Phase I and simultaneous development of Phase II. This project is designated as a major provincial-level initiative in Shandong Province, covering an area of 557 mu (approximately 371,300 square meters), with a planned annual production capacity of 650,000 metric tons of battery-grade lithium iron phosphate (LFP).
