China's imports of propylene oxide (PO) in August 2026 totaled 12,622.19 tons, representing a month-on-month increase of 6.72% and a year-on-year decrease of 0.03%. The average import price in August was USD 1,161.57 per ton.
From January to August 2026, China's cumulative PO imports reached 81,500 tons, a decline of 11.27% compared to 91,900 tons during the same period last year.

Regarding the source directions for China's PO imports in August, Thailand maintained steady arrivals of two cargo vessels, while one vessel arrived from Singapore.
