On September 22, Kaifeng Jiuhong Chemical Co., Ltd. reported normal operations at its facilities with a combined annual production capacity of 240,000 tons for DBP (Dibutyl Phthalate) and DIBP (Diisobutyl Phthalate). The quote for DBP stood at RMB 10,500/ton, down by RMB 100/ton from the previous level. Downstream customers showed moderate purchasing enthusiasm.
