On September 22, Kaifeng Jiuhong Chemical Co., Ltd. reported normal operations at its facilities with a combined annual capacity of 240,000 tons for DBP and DIBP. The quoted price for DOTP stood at RMB 10,500 per ton, down by RMB 100 per ton. Downstream customers showed moderate purchasing activity.
