N-Butanol Export Statistics by Consignor/Consignee Location, July 2026

In July 2026, China’s n-butanol exports totaled 22,500 tons, up 12,800 tons from the previous month, an increase of 131.96%. From January to July 2026, cumulative exports reached 52,100 tons, up 47,900 tons compared with the same period last year, an increase of 1,140%.

    I think July's 132% MoM export surge shows n-butanol sellers leaning on overseas outlets to drain surplus. With feedstock costs high, margins are squeezed; the big question is downstream demand durability abroad.
